BR Motorsport are proud to now offer their stage 3 hybrid turbo's for the Mercedes 4.0 V8 platform. We have had great results with these turbo's now

  • Original BorgWarner Units
  • Plug and play units, no modifications required when installing
  • 7+7 Billet Compressor Wheel
  • Larger B03 High flow shaft
  • Large-pad stainless steel thrust pad & collar
  • 360° bronze thrust bearing
  • Step-gap high temperature oil seals
  • Balanced on ”TurboTechnics” VSR400 rig, to a higher than standard 180,000 rpm
  • Flow tested and set to 15% more exhaust gas flow for lag reduction and smoother boost.
  • Proven 770BHP/1200NM figures @1.8 Bar on 99RON (These turbos are good for 2.4 bar)
  • Made in the UK!

Prices are based on an exchange basis (we will require your old turbos if you are buying just the turbos from us or if we carry out the work we will keep your old turbo units.

These turbo's will suite the following vehicles

4.0 V8 Biturbo M177 and M178 platform

C63, C63S, C63 GTS, GLC63, GT R and Aston Martin DB11

 

We offer full Stage 3 packages, depending how far you want to go these vary in price, as a minimum package the below is recommended

  • BR Motorsport x Pipercross filters on stock airboxes
  • Turbosmart Kompact BOVs (oem do not hold boost)
  • BR Motorsport sports cat or decat pipes
  • CPC Virgin Unit and Coding
  • Custom ECU and TCU Tune on our inhouse Dyno Dynamics Dyno

This will get you around the 770BHP AND 1200NM Figures

If wanting to push even further then we would recommend uprated HPFP'S and anything above 1.9 Bar we would look at billet machined intake manifolds as the oem plastic ones tend to split.

Other addons could include a Quaife Diff and one of our full titanium exhaust system for examples
